‘A day in the life of a yogi’ – a day retreat with Sharon Price and Mike McMaster.
Sharon and Mike are really excited to offer this day retreat.
The morning session will explore the practices of kriya (cleansing techniques) and working on the key foundation of standing asana.
Lunch will be a light, cleansing soup (please advise us of any allergies)
The afternoon session will look at how we can develop strength and inner balance as we work towards inversions.
